Shipping and Terms of Business

Welcome to our terms and conditions.  Please read these terms of sale before purchasing goods.

Ordering and payment:
  • Published prices do not include shipping charges.

  • All prices are in GBP.

  • Special orders may be subject to service charges.

  • Visa, MasterCard and Paypal are accepted.

  • We do not include invoices or receipts in orders to minimise paper waste. All customers will receive a receipt via email. 

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery details. Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for incorrect details nor will we be able to refund the order or send a new one out unless purchased again.

  • All orders should be checked upon receipt and any problems should be reported via email within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. 


Due to the nature of our products making them takes time as all our products are handmade.  Please allow at least 14 working days for products to be made, with delivery not included in this time. 


We accept credit/debit card payments as well as PayPal. All payments must be made at the time of purchase from our site.  or on receipt of an invoice.  All invoices are issued on a proforma basis and orders are not confirmed until full payment has been received.


All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and in Pound Sterling. We review our prices regularly and update the site where necessary.  All our products and services are subject to availability.  If we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you with alternate options.


All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Signed For service.  Orders will be despatched using your chosen shipping method such as 1st Class signed. For international deliveries please contact us at and we will be able to calculate the shipping costs for you.  

Please note in the unlikely event of non-delivery we ask that you wait 21 days from the date of dispatch in case it has been delayed in transit.  This is in line with Royal Mail Shipping Policies.​


We DO NOT accept returns for any orders, be it a readymade coconut or a personalised/customised order as these are made as per customers requests and on approval of design. Please note readymade products (coconuts) are made using real dried coconuts. Though readymade orders are not customised, these are sacred accessories for a couples special event and using any returned item would be immoral and would greatly impact the brand I have created. We strongly urge for clients to ask as many questions prior to purchasing if they have any doubt. In the unlikely event that you receive your order in an unsatisfactory state please contact us immediately at  with the following information.

  • Your Full Name

  • Copy of Invoice

  • Description of Fault

  • Photos of any damage/defects
